There are so many fascinating, informative, and funny blogs devoted to children's literature on the web. Kelly Herold, Big A little a,
lists her favorite reads in the past month (other than the blogs of The
Edge of the Forest contributors, which are always informative). May has been a busy month with scandals, reviews,
appreciations, and plain old fun.
Need a boost? Laughter's always good. Robin, Jay, and Eve deliver this month's best joke, The dePaola Code,
at The Disco Mermaids.

count. Head on over and read. Leila of Bookshelves of Doom rocks!.
Speaking of rockin', I'd like to mention a blog devoted to children's music—Warren Truitt's Children's Music
that Rocks. Warren finds the good stuff for kids "that doesn't make adults want to rip their hair out." A resource whose
time has come. Thanks, Warren!
